  2. If you wish to place an order,  simply complete our order enquiry form along with any extra requirements needed. 

  3. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm availability and cost.

  4. Payments are taken over the phone or by BACS.

  5. Once your order has been processed, we will endeavour to work within your timescales.

  6. If you are local, we are happy to deliver your order in person.

  7. We offer large discounts on engraving charges, depending on order size, so it is worth asking!
